About Erica

Erica is our cleft palate puppy.  She was born with a significant cleft palate and lip.  Because of this abnormality she was not able to nurse from her mother.  To keep her

alive, we hand fed Erica with mother’s milk and later milk replacer until she was finally able to eat solid food at 9 weeks of age.  We had her cleft palate and lip surgically repaired at

16 weeks of age.  She is doing great and our vet believes she will have zero long term issues from the restructure.  She has been a labor of love and we are looking for a qualified home

that will give her as much attention as we have.
